As a certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach by NSDC, I specialize in assisting busy working professionals in adopting the right nutrition as a sustainable lifestyle.
With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of guiding and supporting more than 1000 individuals, including doctors, pilots, IT professionals, and various others, on their journeys to achieve optimal health through proper nutrition and weight management.
My commitment extends beyond individual transformations to corporate well being, as I have collaborated with numerous organizations, providing nutrition consultations and awareness sessions for their employees. Under the Aura Square brand, I have established partnerships with over 50 doctors across different specializations. Together, we work collaboratively to design and implement health and wellness programs for corporations, including corporate consultations, health camps, and awareness sessions. Our mission is to create a positive impact on the overall well being of individuals and contribute to the development of a healthier, more vibrant corporate culture.
